TARGET: THE DEVIL

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says in Surah Fatir, Ayat 5:

"O mankind, indeed the promise of Allah is true, so let not the worldly life delude you, and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver (Satan)."
(QS. Fatir 35:5)

"O mankind..."
Whenever Allah addresses "mankind," He includes everyone—Muslims and non-Muslims alike. What does Allah want to tell us here?

"The promise of Allah is true."
What is His promise? It's that whoever believes will be admitted into Paradise forever. Therefore, Allah warns us:

"So let not the worldly life deceive you."
This means that we shouldn't let the life of this world distract us from Allah's promise of the Hereafter. The things that deceive us from Allah's promise are twofold: the worldly life and Satan.

Allah also says in Surah Fussilat, Ayat 26:

وَقَا لَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَا تَسْمَعُوْا لِهٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ وَا لْغَوْا فِيْهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَغْلِبُوْنَ
"And those who disbelieve say, 'Do not listen to this Qur'an and speak noisily during [the recitation of] it that perhaps you will overcome.'"
(QS. Fussilat 41:26)

Look at the attitude of the disbelievers. What is it that they want the most? Do they have an agreement with Satan? Yes, they do. Satan is their leader—their mentor, their sifu. All the evil from the disbelievers originates from Satan himself.

What do the disbelievers say?
"Do not listen..."
What does it mean to "listen" here? It means listening and understanding. Many people hear the Quran, but Satan doesn't care as long as they don't understand it. What the disbelievers don't want is for people to listen and comprehend.

"Do not listen to this Quran."
It's clear—they specifically say the Quran, not fiqh, not hadith. And if someone insists on listening, the disbelievers have a plan: create distractions.

Back in the Prophet's ﷺ time, the disbelievers were well aware of the Quran's power. If people from outside Makkah heard the Quran, it would deeply impact them. So they would warn, "Don't listen!" And if someone tried to listen, they would create noise and chaos so that even if the Prophet ﷺ recited, his words wouldn't be clear, and the Quran wouldn't enter their hearts.

Now, how do the disbelievers create chaos?
Through smartphones, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
This is their plan—to ensure people don't have time for the Quran. It's true, isn't it? We always have time to open our phones, but we rarely have time to open the Quran. Midnight comes, and we still find time for our phones. But during the day, we barely have time for the Quran.

This is the way social media is being used by our enemies so that Muslims don't read or understand the Quran. And it's working. Who are the victims? We are.

The disbelievers even say that to defeat Muslims, they don't need weapons—all they need is a phone. If Muslims hold on to the Quran, not even weapons can defeat them. Look at Palestine. Despite everything, Palestine hasn't been defeated. Why? Because they hold on to the Quran. Their strength comes from the Quran.

And that's why Israel has never attacked the Muslims in Malaysia. Do you know why? Because we're already defeated. We've lost the Quran. We're already losing our prayers because of our phones. We're delaying our prayers because of our phones. So Israel just sits back and claps. The ones they fear the most are those who hold on to the Quran. Understand? So, Satan's goal is to mislead us, and ultimately, to take us to Hell.
